Not resolved

Ordered the furniture on 5/9/12.7 weeks later I received 3 of the 6 pieces that I ordered and that was only after calling daily after the 5 week mark had passed.

They told me they made a mistake and the second pallet of furniture did not make it on the truck. When I called for status they would just hang up on me. Had husband call from a different phone and they told him they would get it on that day's truck. I am now at 9 weeks and still do not have my furniture.

I am filing a complaint with BBB and working with my credit card now to dispute the charges as I cannot get them to even write me back or answer when I call.I will say the 3 pieces that I received are nice but do not even make a complete loveseat let alone couch so these disparate pieces are of no use to me.

Monetary Loss: $1600.
