Like the previous user stated. They took the money out of my account the same day but never shipped the product. I waited the initial 6 weeks at first. Then came week 8 with no email about the shipped product. They would put me on hold for 10 minutes to find my item then ask what my order number was again then proceeded to put me on hold for an additional 10 minutes. They would always give me the run around saying that it will be shipped out Friday. That was 4 weeks ago.
I went ahead and contacted my credit card company for possible fraudulent charges. The credit card company then returned my money, which was great considering I don't have to deal with this company anymore.
Save your money and go else where folks.
